Shipping Information

1. Do you ship outside of the United States?

BZ Sports ships to a majority of countries worldwide via USPS First Class, Priority or Express Mail. However, the USPS First Class Mail is only available to certain countries that provide tracking. Tracking is always available online with Priority and Express Mail.

2. How do I check the status of my order?

To view the history or status of your orders with, simply Sign-In to Your Account. The screen will display current orders and tracking information, as well as past order information.

3. When will I receive my order?

Our shipping times are reflected once the package has left one of our facilities. Upon checkout you will be provided with a shipping time estimate depending on the delivery service that you select and pay for.

4. I never received my order or my order is badly damaged, what do I do now?

If you never received your order, there could be a number of different reasons. Please go through this list to help find out what happened to your order.

I have a tracking number, but no information is available: This is usually due to the order not having left our warehouse or the shipping company has not yet scanned the item into their system. Please email us immediately if there is no tracking information for your order after 72 hours of the item being purchased.

I do not have a tracking number, where do I get it? Because all payments are processed through PayPal, please see the Paypal details for your transaction and if your order has been processed, PayPal will have record of your tracking number. If you used a credit card and are unable to view your tracking number online, please Contact Us and we will provide you with a tracking link.

The USPS tracking number shows that the item has been delivered, but I have not received it: We are all human, and humans do make errors. Occasionally the Postal Service will mis-deliver a package. Please take your tracking number and call the 1-800-ASK-USPS and find out from them what has happened. Buck & Zinkos has no control over their delivery services and we do not provide refunds for lost packages. In other circumstances, your package may have been picked up from another member of your family without your knowing. Please check with all family members before contacting anyone regarding lost packages. If you live Internationally, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number as many times items can be held in the Customs Department.

My package was destroyed or severly damaged during transit, what do I do now? We will require proof of the damage and a return. If the item you purchased was ruined or damaged during transit, we will need proof of the damage and the item returned to us. We will reimburse or immediately send a replacement if one is available. If your package was lost in transit, please Contact Us and we will attempt to resolve your issue.

5. What credit cards do you accept?

Currently PayPal will process the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • PayPal Credit
  • All debit cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo

6. I made a mistake on an order I just placed, can I change it?

Once an order has been placed, we are very limited in what can be changed. We have a very fast turn-a-round time and we ship very quickly. If you CONTACT US immediately, we may be able to make whatever changes you might need. If we have already shipped your item, you may return it for a refund within 14 days. If you purchased the item through our eBay store, you may return the item for a full refund within 14 days, but you must use the eBay system for completing your return. Return shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer. There are no restocking fees for orders placed through our website OR our eBay store.

8. Can I exchange an item that I have purchased?

If your item is New with Tags, you may return the item and if the next size is available, we will issue a FREE exchange. If your item is New without Tags, Pristine or Excellent, then it is a One-of-a-Kind listing and we will only be able to issue a refund or store credit.
