Domestic Returns Policy
You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Beginning November 1st of every year and ending on December 31st, our Holiday Returns period is extended to 45 days from your date of purchase. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not charge any restocking fees. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label if the return is a result of our error. (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you are returning an item on your own, you must provide us with a return tracking number as it is required in our system for a full refund to be issued. The return tracking number is very important for tracking by both buyer and seller.
Once the item has been returned, you should expect to receive your refund within (3) three business days if your payment was submitted via PayPal. If payment was made via credit card, your refund time will be be dependent on the amount of time it takes for your credit card issuer to reflect the refund back to your account. Please take into consideration the time it takes for us to process your return (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
International Returns Policy
All International returns are accepted and must be delivered back within 30 days of the delivery date and postage is the responsibility of the buyer. If the item has a defect or was not properly described a refund or return label will be provided upon proof of said defect. A return tracking number is required for proper processing of your return and protects both buyer and seller.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Many shipping options are available, but some delivery options are not available to certain countries. When you place an order, we will provide the shipping and delivery estimates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Whichever shipping option is chosen, a tracking number will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours so that your package may be tracked no matter where it is in the world during transit.
Taxes, VAT & Customs
Buck & Zinko's currently only charges tax based upon the US state in which you live and will be reflected during checkout.
All international buyers are responsible for any customs fees or additional taxes that your country imposes on your purchase.
